Biscuit and Gravy Combo Pack - $18!
Six! ​Yes 6! buttermilk biscuits and choice of gravy

Select vegetarian mushroom gravy or sausage and mushroom gravy.
Reheating: Heat gravy in the microwave in 1 minute bursts, stirring between, until hot, or heat in a small sauce pan on low heat until hot.  Do not scorch. Biscuits can be warmed in the toaster oven or on sheet pan in a full size oven at 300 F until warm.
A la Carte 4 Big Buttermilk Biscuits $8.50 (Vegetarian)
Made from scratch using Lindley Mills flour and Homeland Creamery buttermilk. Big, tender and delicious. Contains flour and butter

Reheating: Do not refrigerate. If you want warm biscuits,  heat in a toaster oven or regular oven at 300 F for about 10 minutes.
A la Carte Gravy 16 ounces
Choose: mushroom gravy (vegetarian) or pasture-raised pork sausage gravy
Reheating: It's best to microwave the gravy if you can, or use a small pan on medium heat on a stove top. Do not scorch or overcook which reduces the gravy making it too thick.

Select 4 pack below. To reheat - we suggest the oven method. Preheat to 400 F and heat in the foil for 25-30 minutes. For microwave, less preferable, but works in a jiffy, remove foil, heat 25 seconds, flip over and heat 25 more seconds.

Cinnamon Buns  - A Huge Hit at Thanksgiving

Super Special and Yummy

Pan of Cinnamon Buns serves 4-5 people
$17 (Vegetarian)
Made from scratch using Lindley Mills flour, local eggs, cinnamon, cream cheese and brown sugar. Ga-ga good. Note: we do not use oil in our cinnamon buns, just butter. They will be firm when cold, but soft and buttery when warmed.
Reheating: Preheat individual buns in the microwave or you can preheat an oven to 400°F. Remove cinnamon buns from the container and  place in the oven on an oven safe plate for about 15 minutes to heat the buns thoroughly. Remove from the oven and spread cream cheese frosting over the top. Let it sit for a few minutes to cool and then dig in.

Reheating: Microwave in the tray or Preheat oven to 400 F. Remove cassatta from the container and place in the oven using an oven proof pan and heat for approximately 20-30 minutes. Internal temp should be around 145 F when heated

Crispy Smashed Potatoes with Caramelized Onions $12 (Vegetarian)
Red bliss potatoes, smashed and fried crispy and caramelized sweet onions
Reheating: Remove the top to the potatoes. Preheat oven to 400 F. Place in oven and reheat for approximately 25-30 minutes. Internal temp should be 145 F.
Housemade Pasture-Raised Local Pork Breakfast Sausage Patties $12 (Cook at home)

NC pasture-raised local pork sausage patties pre-cooked. Reheat and eat.
Reheat: Microwave, toaster oven, or a sauté pan on medium heat.

Homeland Creamery dairy with Callebaut Belgian Chocolate. Rich, velvety and delicious on its own, but feel free to add a shot of Bailey’s Irish Cream or Kahlua at home. *Shake this really well before pouring. The chocolate settles to the bottom*
