Vinho Verde, Portugal
Pink, dry, light bodied, slightly effervescent with red berries and sunshine
Okay, so technically maybe not a traditional Vinho Verde but it's so good who cares. Vinho Verde is normally a white wine but everyone loves a good dry pink wine so let's let them have it. Besides, it's so good you will gladly overlook the designation while you start on your second glass. This is a staff favorite every year. We buy cases and cases to drink and to share in the restaurant. Our personal guarantee - if you don't like it, we'll drink it!
