Reheating: Do not refrigerate your biscuits. If you want warm biscuits, heat in a toaster oven or regular oven at 300 F for about 10 minutes.

Biscuit Gravy!
Local Pork Sausage and Mushroom Gravy
$7.50
OR Just Mushroom Gravy $6 (vegetarian)
Made from scratch using locally raised ground pork in a delicious gravy. Enough for 4 biscuits

Reheating: Heat in the microwave in 1 minute bursts, stirring between until hot, or heat in a small sauce pan on low heat until hot.  Do not scorch.

Pan of Cinnamon Buns serves 4-5 people
$17 (Vegetarian)
Made from scratch using Lindley Mills flour, local eggs, cinnamon, cream cheese and brown sugar. Ga-ga good.

Reheating: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove the foil and place in oven for about 10 minutes to heat the buns thoroughly. Remove from the oven, let it sit for a few minutes to cool and then dig in.

Baked dish of house-made local pork sausage, local eggs, sautéed onions, cubed bread and cheese with a splash of red sauce

Baked dish of fresh spinach, local eggs, sautéed onions, cubed bread and cheese with a splash of red sauce
Reheating: Preheat oven to 400°F. Keep both the plastic and the foil on top. We promise it will be OK. Place in oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F

6 Housemade Pasture-Raised Local Pork Breakfast Sausage Patties $14 (Cook at home)

NC pasture-raised local pork sausage patties. You bake or pan fry at home.
Cooking Sausage: Heat a sauté pan with a little oil over medium high heat. When the oil begins to shimmer add the sausages in a single layer. Cook for  4-5 minutes, then flip over and cook for another4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
