for Big Kids and Little Kids
Cheddar Cheesy Dip $8 (Vegetarian)

BCBB's legendary bull nuts in an 8 ounce cup - house-smoked and caramelized bacon with peanuts. A great munch. Pimento Cheese & Fresh Corn Tortilla Chips $8
BCBB's house-made pimento cheese with fresh tortilla chips. Please remove from the fridge about 30-45 minutes before enjoying. This will soften the cheese and make it more spreadable. Bull City Solera's Churronut Bites $8
Part Churro and part donut = Churronut. Served in bite-sized pieces with dulce de leche and chocolate sauces. Sauces can be microwaved 30 seconds to heat and liquify. The Churronuts can be served cool or warm in the toaster oven at 325 F for about 10 minutes. |
Brunch
In southern Tradition
Hoppin' John is a dish traditionally eaten in the southern United States on New Year’s Day. The ingredients served with Hoppin’ John (black-eyed peas, collards, corn bread, and bacon) have symbolic importance, and eating this dish on New Year’s Day portends good fortune in the new year... and we all could use some good fortune in 2021!
Cece's Incredible Collard Greens $12 (available vegetarian, or with bacon)
If you've ever had Cece's collards, you can't forget them. They are truly incredible, she is the master. Get them vegetarian, or cooked with our house-cured bacon. 32oz. container, serves 4-6 Reheating: Place collards in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Heat to at least 145 F. Ladle with some broth into bowls.
Corn Bread $9 (Vegetarian)
Classic moist cornbread to go with your NYE brunch. Buttery and moist. 8x8 pan, serves 4-6 (contains buttermilk and eggs) Reheating: Not necessary. If you would like to warm the cornbread, heat in a toaster oven at 325 F uncovered, or in the microwave on a microwave safe plate
Breakfast Sausage Patties $13
Pasture-raised pork sausage patties. Packed 6 round patties per order (note this is a different style than the Longaniza we have made for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but equally delicious) Cooking: Heat a sauté pan with a tablespoon or two of oil on medium heat. Place sausage patties in the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, then flip patties and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Internal temp should reach 165 F when finished.

Hoppin' John $10 (Vegetarian)
Black-eyed peas with celery, bell pepper, onion and spices in a vegetarian broth served with Carolina Gold rice. 32oz./16 oz. rice, serves 4-6 Reheating: Do not combine the rice and Hoppin' John unless you are eating it all in one meal. Heat only the Hoppin' John in a small pan on a stovetop until simmering around 165 F. Place a small portion of the cool rice in a bowl. Ladle the hot Hoppin' John over the rice. If eating it all in one meal, heat the Hoppin' John to 165 F, add the rice to the pot, stir and quickly portion all of it into bowls. Your bowl should look something like the photo below, sans the chef's touch of micro greens.

Pan of Cinnamon Buns $15 (Vegetarian)

Best to reheat in the microwave if you want them warm. 8x8 pan, serves 4-6 (contains butter and eggs) Reheating: Not necessary, but certainly softer if warmed. If you want your buns warmed, you can gently warm using a microwave. Remove the buns from the pan and place on a microwave safe plate.

Please consider adding a gratuity to your order for the staff. Right now, things are very difficult for us in the restaurant industry and our staff relies on gratuities, especially during the cold winter months with sales and customers way down. We miss you all and look forward to reopening one day in 2021.
THANK YOU,
from the entire staff at Bull City Burger and Brewery, Pompieri Pizza, and Bull Solera and Taproom.
