Apple Cinnamon Semi-Circle Hand "Pi" $7.314 
Flaky pie crust with house-made pie filling, baked and topped with a light dusting of powdered sugar. Made with Lindley Mills flour and Homeland Creamery dairy.

Reheating: These can be enjoyed room temperature, or reheat in a preheated oven at 400 F for 15 minutes uncovered.
Half Moon Cookies with Chocolate and Vanilla Buttercream   $4.314
A classic half moon cookie made with love with Lindley Mills flour, Homeland Creamery dairy, and Belgian chocolate.

Cinnamon Sugar Buttermilk Donut Spheres $4.314
Old fashioned style, house-made cake donut holes tossed with cinnamon and sugar.  Not too dense. Not too sweet. Great with a side of coffee or tea. Made with Lindley Mills flour and Homeland Creamery dairy.

Reheating: These were made fresh early Saturday morning. They can be enjoyed room temperature, or you might want to warm them up to freshen your spheres, you can heat them on a paper towel on a metal pan in a preheated oven at 400 F for 5 minutes or so. Just long enough to warm them a bit.

Breakfast Quiche "Pi"  $11
Your choice of double-smoked bacon and caramelized onion, or Italian vegetarian with green bell pepper, sundried tomato and mozzarella cheese. 7"+ pie, serves 3-4 people
Reheating: Keep plastic and foil on the quiche. Place in a preheated oven at 400 F for 15-20 minutes. Heat to an internal temperature of 145-150 F. 
Rotisserie Chicken Pot "Pi" ​$18
Made with Never Ever 3 rotisserie chicken from Bull City Solera and Taproom, mixed with potatoes, veggies, house-made gravy with a flaky, buttery pie crust, serves 3-4 people
Reheating: Keep plastic and foil on the pot Pi. Place in a preheated oven at 400 F for 20-25 minutes. Heat to an internal temperature of 145-150 F. 
Buttermilk Biscuit "Pi" ​$11/$13.14
A new creation from the Pie Pan Inc. family featuring a delicious buttermilk biscuit “cake” with your choice of a butter and jam center, or a sausage, cheese center 7"+ pie, serves 3-4 people
Reheating:
A: Butter/Jam biscuit - This can be enjoyed at room temperature. If you have refrigerated the biscuit and want to warm it up, removed the plastic wrap, place the butter/jam biscuit uncovered in a preheated 350 F oven for 15 minutes.

B: Sausage biscuit - You will reheat the two halves separately. Remove the plastic wrap and take off the top of the biscuit. Remove the wax paper and discard. Place the top of the biscuit on a metal pan face up and the sausage/cheese half of the biscuit open faced in the pie pan, in a preheated 350 F oven. Heat for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese starts to soften and melt. Remove from the oven and place the top of the biscuit back on top of the sausage/cheese half to make a pie.

Breakfast Sides

 Potato Circles "Pi"  $12.314
Scalloped potatoes with cream, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and butter (serves 2-3). Decadent and delicious. You deserve this. Note: these need to be baked and require 1 hour to prepare.
Baking: Keep plastic and foil on the potatoes. Place in a preheated oven at 350 F for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and rest with the cover on for 15-20 minutes before serving.
Savory Hand "Pi"   $5/$6 
Hand-made empanadas stuffed with your choice of roasted vegetables or grass fed ground beef  (2 per order)
Reheating: Remove the plastic. Place hand pies in a preheated oven at 400 F for 15 minutes. Heat to an internal temperature of 145-150 F. 
MacCece Scotch Eggs   $9.314
​Hard boiled egg wrapped in pasture-raised pork sausage with a crispy outer crust. (2 per order) allergens: fried in peanut oil
Reheating: The can be enjoyed at room temperature, or to reheat remove the plastic. Place eggs on a metal pan in a preheated oven at 400 F for 10-12 minutes. Heat to an internal temperature of 145-150 F.

Tapioca bubbles a la Boba Tea with house-made fruit punch. Get a cup of black tapioca pearls and a half gallon of punch, then combine at home. Fun for all ages!

Pi-mosa Package - Prosecco Sparkling Wine (750 ml) with Fresh Orange Juice $25
Sparkling Italian Prosecco with fresh squeezed orange juice. You mix at home. Makes approximately 6 mimosas.
Bloody Mary Somerville Mix & Celery Stalks, half gallon - you add the Vodka $10
Tomato juice with our special spices and seasoning. You add the vodka and garnish with a celery stalk. Makes 8-10 Bloody Marys

Please consider adding a gratuity to your order for the staff. Right now, things are very difficult for us in the restaurant industry and our staff relies on gratuities, especially during the cold winter months with sales and customers way down. We miss you all and look forward to reopening one day in 2021.
