Best Queso Scenario Dip with Chips and Veggies $8 (Vegetarian)
Bull City Solera's signature queso dip, served with carrot sticks, cauliflower, and adobo-seasoned flour tortilla chips. Reheating: Best to pulse this in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring with a spoon in between. We use real cheese, not processed cheese, so heat slowly until it's soft and creamy. Pan of Cheesy Mac $12
Pompieri's newest comfort food - Cheesy Mac - served in a pan with focaccia bread crumbs, ready to reheat at home and enjoy. Available with bacon bits or vegetarian without. Reheating: Keep the plastic wrap and foil on the pan. Preheat oven to 400 F and heat for about 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150 F. Our newest dinner for four is a great way to enjoy a home-cooked meal without all the preparation time. Pop everything in the oven, then sit back and enjoy the game.
This dinner includes a generous 2lb.+ meatloaf, buttery mashed potatoes, and green beans with house-cured bacon and sliced almonds. Our house-made meatloaf is made from grass-fed beef with fresh herds, mirepoix, and our secret Sergeant Sauce glaze. Reheat and serve at home. Instructions included with dinner. |

Please consider adding a gratuity to your order for the staff. Right now, things are very difficult for us in the restaurant industry and our staff relies on gratuities, especially during the cold winter months with sales and customers way down. We miss you all and look forward to reopening one day in 2021.
