Pompieri Pasta Pop-Up

Italian-style pasta featuring house-made sauces, local, seasonal vegetables, and pasture-raised meats.
Our menu is limited, we are able to leave things out, but we are not able to add things in.

Step 1: Choose your pasta style.

Spicy Southern Italian   $10
rich red sauce, with onions, mushrooms, and house-made Italian sausage, topped with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
Pasta Crema   $8
house-made creamy Parmigiano-Reggiano sauce, tossed with fresh herbs
Pasta alla Vodka   $8
delicious vodka sauce made with Alta Cucina tomatoes, heavy cream, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Step 2: Choose your noodle.

Rigatoni - large tube-shaped pasta, recommended for the Spicy Southern Italian dish.

Linguine - long flat noodle, similar to fettuccini, recommended for the Summer Harvest dish and Pasta Crema.

Penne - smaller tube-shaped pasta, great for kids and penne alla vodka

Gluten Free Penne - smaller tube-shaped pasta, great for kids and penne alla vodka

Step 3: Enjoy.

Choose a sauce:
- traditional marinara
- olive oil & butter

Choose a noodle:
penne, linguine, or rigatoni
