Our pizzas are hand-stretched to 12"-ish and built to order with house-made sauces and fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. We bake pizzas in a wood-fired oven at 700-800 degrees, there will be some leopard-spotting on the crust, it's part of the charm and flavor of Neapolitan-style pizza.
